For deliveries to Germany, we charge a shipping fee of €5.90. For deliveries within the European Union, we charge €9.90.

Deliveries to Switzerland cost CHF 25.00.
Please note that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply to deliveries to Switzerland. These are not covered by us and must be paid directly to the relevant authorities. For more information, please contact your customs authority.

We ship your orders with our logistics partner DHL at least 24 h after your order has been placed. After we have handed over the package to DHL, you will receive a tracking code that you can use to track the status of your shipment at any time. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery time within Germany: 1-3 days
Delivery time for international shipments: 5–7 days

The costs for returns must be borne by the buyer. Shipping costs for the original delivery will not be refunded.
